Triple Warranty

Linglong guarantees to replace your tire in the event of theft, vandalism, and damage caused by sharp objects such as a screw or a nail. The warranty covers the acquisition costs of the new tire; no further costs of any kind can be claimed. Should you become a victim of vandalism or theft, a police report must be submitted to claim the warranty.

To claim your warranty, registration must be completed here at www.linglong.de within four weeks of the tire purchase date. Applications via fax, telephone, or email cannot be considered. The warranty is valid for 12 months (365 days) from the invoice date. Linglong Tire grants the free tire warranty only for tires mounted on vehicles registered to private individuals. Commercial vehicles used in the courier, logistics, or construction sectors are not eligible for the Linglong tire warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by off-road use or use on racetracks. Also excluded is damage caused by extreme stress, overloading, incorrect tire pressure, improper installation, use for purposes other than those intended, technical modifications to the vehicle or tire, driving with a damaged tire, or intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Willful damage or intentionally caused destruction is also excluded from the scope of the warranty. Warranty claims are also void if the remaining tread depth is less than 3 mm. The warranty is non-transferable to third parties. A warranty claim can only be made once per invoice and for the registered tires. The warranty includes the following replacement services: If the required tire is in stock, it will be sent to you. Cash payment is not possible. If the required tire is not in stock, we reserve the right to refund the purchase price. We reserve the right to supply the current tread pattern of the required tire type as a replacement. Registration of original equipment tires is excluded. Also excluded are tires not purchased through regular retail channels, used tires, retreaded tires, tires from motorsport, testing, demonstration, or special applications, as well as tires whose origin or date of purchase cannot be clearly verified. There are no mobility claims in the event of damage.
