Responsibilities
- Support European sales teams through after-sales and technical training for dealers
- Development and optimization of claims policies
- Complaint, claim, and warranty management
- Execution and review of warranty cases (on-site and remote)
- Quality management
- Collection and analysis of product data, market trends, and complaints
- Coordination and monitoring of field tests for existing and new products
- Development of regional training programs
Qualifications
- Academic degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
- At least three years of experience in a similar position within the tire or automotive industry
- Analytical mindset, technical understanding, and proficiency in writing, analyzing, and presenting technical reports
- Knowledge of tire technology, design, and manufacturing. Familiarity with European testing standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and a native speaker of another European language – any additional language is a plus
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Intercultural communication skills
- Open-minded and a team player
